Shipping is FREE Worldwide on all the items.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic (United Kingdom) & international warehouses (the United States & China) via ePacket and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can. 

  • Order processing can take up to 1-7 business days BEFORE SHIPMENT
  • We guarantee your product will arrive to you within 60 days (8 Weeks) under our Buyer Protection scheme otherwise you will get a FULL REFUND.
  • We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS whilst product is in transit as it is already on the way. 
  • Please allow extra shipping time and possible delays due to extra busy festive seasons and holidays. We recommend you DO NOT purchase any product if you need it by a certain date.

We understand this can be a long time, but it is worth the wait at the competitive prices we offer. Factors such as delayed logistics, holiday periods such as Christmas and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time. It is up to the consumer to pay for any customs fees if necessary.

In most cases, you will receive your item(s) earlier than expected depending on your destination.

Please DO NOT order if you want the item before an expectant date, we hold no responsibility to the couriers and the current conditions out of our control.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes upon receipt in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, Tyny Giraffe has no control over these charges and is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or delivery services.
